You can return any item within 30 days of purchase as long as it’s in its original condition with tags still attached. Simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that certain items, such as swimwear and final sale items, are non-returnable.
What is included in the tour price?
The tour price includes transportation (pick-up from Hanoi and Ha Giang), meals (4 breakfasts and 7 main meals), accommodations (shared rooms in hotels and homestays), local guide services, entrance fees to all attractions listed in the itinerary, and a boat cruise on the Nho Que River.
Are the transport options flexible (motorbike or car)?
Yes, you can choose between traveling on a motorbike with an Easy Rider or a car with driver. Please inform us at the time of booking which option you prefer.
Do I need prior experience riding a motorbike?
No prior experience is required for the motorbike option, as you will have an experienced Easy Rider to guide you. If you opt to drive yourself, you should have a valid motorbike license and feel comfortable navigating mountainous terrain.
What kind of accommodations will we stay in during the tour?
You will stay in comfortable homestays and hotels with shared rooms or private rooms. Homestays offer an authentic experience, allowing you to interact with local families, while hotels provide a more traditional accommodation style.
Is the food included in the tour?
Yes, breakfast (4 meals) and lunch/dinner (7 meals) are included. You will enjoy a variety of local Vietnamese dishes, including specialties from the Ha Giang region. If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance.
Can I customize the itinerary?
