From one bus to the far north
We started with endless love and passion for our homeland. Eight years ago we began as just a bus company, but as time flies we conquered the road to many other services: a Lan Ha Bay day cruise, an overnight cruise, national park trekking, and now Ha Giang.
We are moving ahead day by day toward more unique destinations and experiences, with the belief in the incredible impossibilities of endless roads.

The Story Behind Serenity
Born in a quiet rural village in Northern Vietnam, Hien Tran began his journey in tourism in 2008. Driven by a lifelong passion, he strives to create what he calls "happy journeys" - experiences where travelers deeply reconnect with nature and themselves. For Hien and his team, being tour operators is just the beginning; every member at Serenity Ha Giang is an independent ambassador, proud to share the beauty and heart of beloved Vietnam with the world.
