Our safety
Built for roads that ask for respect
The North's mountain roads are demanding and beautiful in equal measure. Here is exactly how we prepare, ride and respond, so your attention can stay on the view.
“If I would not put my own family on that bike, on that day, the group does not ride.”
The North's roads are steep, narrow and often wrapped in fog, and we plan around that. Safety at Serenity comes from a few choices made before you arrive: small groups, riders from these mountains, sober riding days and a guide who sets the pace. The adventure stays in the terrain and the scenery, and we work to keep the risk as low as it can be.

OUR STANDARDS
The promises behind every ride
Ten guests at most
Groups stay small, so your guide knows every guest by name and notices who is tired, nervous or in need of a break. The pace adjusts to the group, and the whole group fits in one viewpoint, one homestay dining table and one conversation.
Riders from these mountains
Our riders were born and raised here. They know which bends collect fog, which sections wash out after rain, and when the light is best on Mã Pí Lèng. That knowledge decides when we ride, where we stop and which stretches we take slowly.
Rested riders
Evenings are for dinner, stories and sleep. We keep them relaxed so your rider starts each morning fresh, with full attention for the passes ahead.
Helmets that fit
Every guest gets a helmet and rain gear before the first kilometre. Your guide adjusts the fit with you, so the helmet sits snug and stays put on every bend.
Weather decides the route
Fog settles over the high passes in winter, and heavy rain can loosen rock in summer. Your guide checks the forecast and road reports each morning, then slows down, reroutes or stops where a section is unsafe. Days are planned so we arrive before dusk.
Help is always one call away
Your guide stays close to the group and is your first contact for anything, from a sore back to a road problem. The team behind them answers on +84.973.002.592 at any hour.
A DAY ON THE ROAD
How a riding day runs
- Morning briefing, gear fitting and bike check (brakes, tyres, lights) before the first kilometre
- Short riding blocks of 15 minutes with regular rest stops.
- Your guide leads and sets the pace, and you can ask to pause at any time.
- Arrival at the homestay before dusk, then a short review of tomorrow's route.
