Overview
Start on the water at Lan Ha Bay, passing Cai Beo Ancient Fishing Village and limestone islands before reaching Viet Hai. From the pier, cycle 2.5 km through the natural forest towards Viet Hai Village, then continue on foot into Cat Ba National Park.
The route combines local village life, forest trekking and time on the bay. Reach Hai Quan Peak for views across Lan Ha Bay, Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay, then return to the cruise for kayaking and swimming before heading back to Beo Wharf.

Experience the two defining landscapes of Cat Ba in one route — from cruising and kayaking on Lan Ha Bay to cycling and trekking through the island's forest.
The itinerary is structured to fit the main experiences into one day, with the morning dedicated to the bay and Viet Hai, followed by trekking and water activities in the afternoon.
Cycle through the forest to Viet Hai Village, one of Cat Ba's secluded communities, and experience local life before continuing towards Hai Quan Peak.
After the trek, return to Lan Ha Bay for kayaking and swimming, giving you time to get back on the water and cool down before heading back to Cat Ba.
REST, EAT & REFUEL
After returning from Hai Quan Peak, enjoy a traditional lunch at a local house in Viet Hai Village before cycling back towards the cruise.
